Community Relations + Event Management
As VP of Community Relations and Social Director at Tri Delta, I led community engagement, event planning, and DEI initiatives that strengthened our chapter’s impact on campus. I oversaw directors, collaborated with Panhellenic leadership, launched social and philanthropic events, and worked to ensure inclusivity and belonging for all members.
During my time at Tri Delta, I held two leadership roles that allowed me to shape both community relations and social programming, directly influencing the chapter’s culture and engagement.
As VP of Community Relations, I sat on the executive board and oversaw directors across social, philanthropy, and PR/marketing, playing an active role in chapter-wide decision-making. I spearheaded the creation of our DEIAB committee, introducing events, forms, and activities that embedded diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging into chapter operations.
Additionally, as Panhellenic Delegate Chair, I collaborated with leaders from other chapters to strengthen inter-chapter partnerships and advance community-wide initiatives.
As Social Director, I developed and executed a comprehensive calendar of events that brought members together, showcased our organization’s values, and built engagement across the Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) and Panhellenic communities. These events created opportunities for members to connect, network, and develop leadership skills that extended beyond college.
Together, these roles sharpened my skills in leadership, event management, and organizational strategy, while giving me the opportunity to make a lasting impact on member engagement, inclusivity, and community representation.
