Bumble Honey

As a campus ambassador and the campus impact manager, it was my job to promote Bumble's extended features throughout the California State University, Long Beach campus.

Being a Bumble Honey meant joining the mission to foster a world free of misogyny where all relationships are equitable, healthy, and safe. At California State University, Long Beach, our goal was to empower students by cultivating meaningful relationships in every area of life. We brought the campus together through creative events and activations like the Hot Bumble Walk, Bumble Boo Bags, and “Honey Pot” pop-ups, which were not only engaging but also profitable.

We had the freedom to spot trends, pitch ideas, and act as brand leaders on campus—identifying opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and hosting events that made Bumble a recognizable and trusted presence in student life.

  • As Campus Lead, I organized and led team meetings, set goals, and delegated tasks to ensure successful execution of campaigns. I prepared monthly reports, provided feedback for improvements, and offered ongoing guidance to my team to strengthen performance and collaboration.

  • As Campus Impact Manager, I focused on driving brand engagement through social media outreach, event management, and community-building initiatives. I coordinated logistics for events and leveraged social platforms to amplify Bumble’s reach, ensuring activations resonated with our student audience.

  • As Marketing Manager, I developed and executed digital marketing strategies, managed social media campaigns, and implemented advertising initiatives that significantly boosted engagement and brand visibility across campus.

Through these roles, I gained hands-on experience in leadership, event planning, community outreach, and digital marketing, while making Bumble a key part of campus culture and conversation.
