CrewLab
As a Growth Marketing Intern at CrewLAB, I supported brand development through social media content creation, influencer partnerships, and guerilla marketing activations. I also contributed to the company’s rebrand by helping refresh its website and co-writing a press release that positioned CrewLAB as a leader in the coaching technology/app space.
During my six-month internship at CrewLAB, an early-stage startup building innovative tools for sports teams, I played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s brand, digital presence, and credibility in the sports-tech space.
I managed social media content creation across Instagram and TikTok, executed guerilla marketing activations like pop-ups, and supported influencer outreach to drive awareness among athletes and coaches. These efforts introduced the brand to new users while reinforcing CrewLAB’s positioning within the athletic community.
Beyond daily marketing, I was heavily involved in a comprehensive rebrand and website build, where I helped redesign and refresh the site by updating visuals, refining copy, and restructuring pages to better highlight CrewLAB’s mission. I also co-authored a press release that positioned CrewLAB as a thought leader in coaching technology and sports-team apps, enhancing credibility with both investors and industry stakeholders.
This experience gave me hands-on exposure to growth marketing techniques, from audience targeting and brand positioning to PR and digital optimization. I sharpened my ability to craft messaging that resonates with both end-users and industry decision-makers, while gaining valuable experience in building marketing foundations for an early-stage startup.
