Real Estate Runner

As Social Media Manager for Cheyne Inman's Real Estate Runner, I utilized my digital marketing expertise to drive engagement and increase visibility through strategic use of social media platforms.

Cheyne Inman is a self-starting real estate agent in the South Bay of Southern California. When I began working with his brand, his YouTube channel had fewer than 50 subscribers and limited social visibility. My role centered on building his digital presence, particularly through YouTube and Instagram, to position him as a trusted local expert.


I developed a consistent content strategy that showcased Cheyne’s personality, knowledge of the South Bay market, and lifestyle appeal of the area. This included:


  • Producing an introductory YouTube video (still in use today) to anchor his brand.

  • Filming and editing property tours, neighborhood guides, and educational videos optimized with SEO-driven keywords.

  • Managing Instagram content to highlight listings, market insights, and behind-the-scenes moments.

  • Shooting professional headshots and lifestyle imagery for his website, portfolio, and social channels.


Through these efforts, Cheyne’s YouTube channel grew from under 100 to over 500 subscribers, significantly increasing his reach in a competitive market. More importantly, this visibility directly supported his business success: the channel helped solidify leads and contributed to the closing of multiple homes valued at over $1 million.


By combining creative content, SEO strategy, and social management, I helped transform Real Estate Runner from an emerging presence into a recognized local brand that continues to generate new clients and closed deals.
